专利说明:

The invention relates to a traffic sign system comprising a plurality of traffic signs attached to a pipe, the pipe comprising two removably attached parts, one of which has a traffic sign attached thereto, and the traffic sign system comprising a rack into which the parts with the traffic sign are arranged.
For example, the duration of road work varies, but traffic signs warning of even short-term road work must be installed on the side of the road from both directions. With a road construction sign, there is usually a sign of a reduced speed, in which case there is a traffic sign indicating a normal driving speed after the road construction site.
In this case, traffic signs are required in at least four places for one road construction site. Traffic signs are usually stored in a depot, from where, if necessary, the traffic signs are retrieved and transported to the road site.
The traffic sign is affixed to a pipe, which is then mounted on a percussion foot or concrete piglet. The length of the pipe varies from 2700 to 4000 mm. The handling of traffic signs attached to pipes is slow and cumbersome. In addition, traffic signs are easily damaged during transport. DE 25122010103318U1 discloses a traffic sign system in which a traffic sign tube is multi-part. In addition, the stand of the z traffic sign system has a number of> points where parts of the traffic signs can be stored.
S The object of the invention is to provide a new type of traffic sign system with which, for example, a road construction site can be marked even more easily and simply. According to the invention
The characteristic features of this traffic sign system are set out in the appended claims. With the traffic sign system according to the invention, the traffic signs remain in good order and are easy to manage and use. The processing of traffic signs is also fast. At the same time, the traffic signs remain in good condition. The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate some embodiments of the invention. Fig. 1 shows a traffic sign system according to the invention, Fig. 2a shows a part of a traffic sign system according to the invention, Fig. 2b shows another part of a traffic sign system according to the invention, Fig. 2c shows a known signage, Fig. 3 shows a modification of a sign system, when viewed without traffic signs, Fig. 4b shows a front view of the rack of Fig. 4a, Fig. 4c shows two racks according to Fig. 4b stacked on top of each other. S 25
Fig. 1 shows an application of a traffic sign system according to the invention. The road sign system comprises a plurality of road signs 11 affixed to the tube 10. In the embodiment shown, the tube 10 comprises two removably attached parts 12 and 13, one of which has a traffic sign 11 affixed to it. N they require little space and are easy to handle. In addition, the road sign system comprises a rack 14 in which the parts 12, 13 with the road signs 11 are arranged for storage and transport.
for the duration of the application.
In this case, with one lift, the scaffold with the traffic signs can be transported to the vehicle and transported to the road site.
The rack is a light but rigid frame with compartments for traffic signs.
Thus, the desired traffic sign can be taken from the rack without rummaging.
In the invention, the traffic sign 11 is attached to the part 12 by a bracket 15, the corresponding bracket 16 of which is arranged on the stand 14. The known bracket 15 is shown in Fig. 2c.
It is a double-sided fastener, the free branches 23 of which are utilized for support.
Here, the bracket 16 is an angle iron 17 added to the stand, which contributes to the support of the frame.
That is, the bracket 16 is an integral part arranged as part of the supporting structure of the rack 14.
Here, the angle iron 17 is arranged horizontally on the rack 14.
Thus, the traffic signs with their pipes are also horizontal.
In addition, the free flange 24 of the angle iron 17 is arranged vertically on the bracket 14.
In this case, the claw is attached to the flange by gravity and at the same time the traffic sign on the bracket is avoided.
The bracket 23 of the bracket 15 is placed on the free flange 24 of the angle iron 17 and the traffic sign 11 with the pipe part 12 is pushed into the bracket 14. The traffic sign is then allowed to tilt, the bracket 15 locking into the bracket 16. Normally, an O 25 traffic sign has two brackets, so that the traffic sign stays well in the bracket.
In the embodiment shown, there are in fact two = traffic signs attached to one part of the pipe, whereby the whole is in front of four claws.
Preferably, a double-sided fastener is used only at the top and bottom, with the traffic sign resting on two jaws 23 (Fig. 4a). In addition, the traffic sign is easy N to handle from a short section of pipe.
The traffic sign also remains in place during transport without separate attachments.
The brackets are approximately halfway up the rack in this height direction.
where the traffic signs are at the top of the rack. In this case, other parts 13 as well as, for example, percussion legs, turn signals and other accessories for each road sign can be placed in the lower part of the stand.
Between the pipe parts 12, 13 there is a pipe extension 18 with an anti-rotation structure. Four pieces of the second part 13 are shown in Figure 2b. The pipe extension is bolted to a second part 13, which is fitted from a smooth end to a ground wedge or a concrete pig. The first part 12 with its traffic signs 11 is then fitted to the pipe extension. Here, too, the second bolt 19 is in the pipe extension and the slots 20 corresponding to the bolt are at the lower end of the first part 12. In this case, when the slots are in the bolt, the traffic sign is prevented from rotating even if the other part is not fastened separately.
The first parts 12 contained in the traffic sign 11 are more than the second parts 13. In the embodiment of Fig. 1, there are four second parts, but there are six first parts. In this case, one road construction site can be maintained and, in addition, for example, the speed can be changed overnight to easily limit the traffic sign by changing only the first part. The short tube with traffic signs can also be transported by car. The accessory box 21 is supported on two parallel brackets 16, which is shown in principle in Fig. 1. The cover brackets act as guides through which the accessory box can be pulled out of the rack. In addition, the stand 14 includes legs 25, the corresponding supports 26 of which are arranged on the upper surface of the stand 14 (Fig. 3). First of all, thanks to the legs, the rack can be removed from the base and the rack remains stable even on uneven ground. In addition, the upper surface supports 26 are positioned inside the hollow N legs when the racks are superimposed. In this case, the racks remain stacked during storage and transport. Preferably, each support 26 has a lifting loop 27, the
attaching the lifting slings is easy and sturdy. Preferably, the rack 14 comprises extension legs 22, whereby, for example, long goods which can fit under the rack can be transported on the platform of the vehicle. One extension leg 22 is shown in principle in Figure 1. The size of the stand 14 is arranged so that there are four, six or eight traffic signs 11. In this case, a suitable number of traffic signs can be easily selected for each job. In addition, the rack 14 includes a protective outer surface that is arranged to be open on at least one side. On this side there is a removably attached stop 28 arranged to prevent the traffic sign 11 from being taken off the stand.
14. For example, the barrier can be locked in place to prevent improper use or robbery. The barrier can be, for example, a beam which is arranged transversely to the traffic signs. In the application shown, the cover is a metal plate and the open side has a tarpaulin that can be lifted up. In this case, traffic signs and other parts are well protected, but still easily accessible. Preferably there are tarpaulins at both ends of the stand, so that traffic signs can be taken from two different directions. - The rack shown above is easy to move by lifting, O 25 but the rack can be adapted as a trailer. In this case, the rack can be moved by towing. Preferably, the rear o of the trailer has traffic control means. Thus, the scaffold can also be utilized for traffic control. Preferably, the size and / or position of the traffic control means is adapted to be adjustable. & 30 In this case, the trailer takes up little N space during transport and storage, but in its operating position the traffic control devices N meet the set requirements.
